Funtastic Learning Academy welcomes all children and families. Enrollment is open without regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, disability, ancestry, political affiliation, or sexual orientation. We are committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment for every child we serve.
Our centers observe the following standard holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Professional Development Day (the week before school begins), Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Sections
Enrollment is accepted year-round on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability within your child’s age group and program. Families who wish to reserve a space for a future start date must submit a completed Enrollment Packet, along with the non-refundable registration fee and one week’s tuition to hold the spot.
If a child does not begin attendance within the expected period, the prepaid tuition is refundable only with a 30-day written notice of the family’s decision not to attend.
The registration package includes information on emergency contacts, medical history, financial agreement, developmental history, immunization records, parents’ photo ID, medical treatment consent, developmental screening consent, video/photo release, outside food permission, transportation permission, childcare food program application, and other facts about your child.
Schedule a Tour
Every family starts with a visit. Book a tour at the campus you're interested in and plan on about 30–45 minutes. You'll meet our director, see the classrooms in action, and get answers about schedules, tuition, and curriculum. Children are welcome to come along. Because openings are limited, a spot may be filled before every scheduled tour has taken place.
Reserve Your Spot
If Funtastic feels like the right fit, let us know within 24 hours of your tour. To hold the opening, return the completed Registration Packet with the registration fee and your first week's tuition. Both are non-refundable if your child does not start as planned. After 24 hours, the opening becomes available to the next family on our list.
Confirming Enrollment
Once your packet and payment are received, our office will confirm your child's start date. Your child's place is held from that date forward.
Before the First Day
Some forms in the packet have their own due dates, so check each one. We're required by Florida DCF to have a current physical exam (DH 3040) and immunization record (DH 680) on file, and your child can begin attending only after the required paperwork and first week's tuition are received. Please also review our Parent/Family Handbook so you know our policies before day one.
Enrollment Process
Whether your child is moving on to kindergarten or your family's plans have changed, please give the office TWO WEEKS written notice before the last day of care. Tuition is owed through the end of the notice period whether or not your child attends, and any open balance must be paid in full before withdrawal is complete. Funtastic may end enrollment when continuing care isn't workable for the child, the classroom, or our staff. Examples include ongoing missed payments or required paperwork, repeated late pickups or missed sign-in/out, safety concerns involving a child or adult, or needs we aren't able to support. Tuition & Billing
Funtastic Learning Academy utilizes a secure and automated billing system through Procare Software and Tuition Express to provide accuracy, efficiency, and convenience for all families.
Tuition is billed in advance. Weekly tuition charges are posted each Wednesday and are due by Friday for the upcoming week. Families who opt for monthly billing will have payments due on the first of each month. Payments not received by the due date will incur a $20 late fee. Tuition is non-refundable; however, any prepaid tuition may be applied to a child’s final week of enrollment with prior administrative approval.
Enrollment in Tuition Express is required for all families. Payments may be made via bank draft or credit/debit card, and applicable processing fees may apply. Families are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information. Any returned or declined payments will be subject to a $25 fee.
Sibling discounts and promotional offers may be available based on location and administrative approval. Families participating in VPK or School Readiness programs through the Early Learning Coalition of Seminole County are permitted up to three absences per month without documentation. Additional absences require written documentation; otherwise, families will be responsible for payment. Monthly attendance verification is required for all subsidized programs.
A late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute, per child, will be charged for any time beyond scheduled pick-up hours.
Funtastic Learning Academy also offers a vacation policy allowing families up to two weeks of vacation per year, taken in five-day increments. Eligibility requires a minimum of 12 months of continuous enrollment.
School Readiness
Florida’s School Readiness (SR) Program is a state-funded financial assistance program that helps eligible low-income families afford quality early education and child care so their children enter school ready to learn, and parents can work or continue their education. It supports children from birth through age 12 with services that may include full-day care, part-day care, before- and after-school care, or VPK wrap-around care. The program also provides developmental screenings and parent supports.
